What's included in the OAuth / SSO add-on?

The SSO add-on connects to Microsoft Entra, Auth0, Google Workspace, Okta, PingOne, Azure AD, and includes free SAML. It costs €2 per user, capped at 1,250 billable users — so the maximum SSO add-on cost is €2,500 regardless of team size.

What is included in the Enterprise plan?

The Enterprise plan adds a dedicated Customer Success Manager, quarterly business reviews, assisted onboarding and training, and an enterprise SLA with a custom MSA/EULA. It also supports SaaS, private cloud, and on-premises deployment.

How does the deployment markup work?

SaaS deployment is included at no extra cost. If you want Trulyp running in your own cloud environment (Private Cloud) or on your own hardware (On-Premises), a +20% deployment markup is applied to your full subtotal — base, add-ons, and Enterprise Premium combined.

Are there discounts for longer contracts?

Yes. Committing to a 2-year contract saves 3% on your total monthly bill, and a 3-year contract saves 5%. Discounts apply to the full subtotal including add-ons and deployment markup.
